Ben Rupert

Ben Rupert, the Falcone family's coach, is the Resource Conservation Management assistant for the City of Bellingham. In this position, Ben is responsible for overseeing the resource use of all municipal facilities owned or operated by the city. He tracks resources consumption and costs, and oversees best management practices for City facilities. It’s also his responsibility to implement a comprehensive resource conservation action plan that will have a positive impact on the environment and the City’s budget.
Ben holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy from Northland College in Ashland, Wis., and has extensive post-graduate experience in resource conservation and energy management.
